Social Media Marketing

Social Media Strategy & Content Planning

A busy posting schedule is not the same as a clear social strategy. Luke helps define the audience, platforms and stories worth prioritising, then turns that direction into a workable content calendar. The aim is a recognisable presence with a reason behind each post, rather than an obligation to publish everywhere every day.

The right fit

A scope built around your business.

For brands launching their social presence, teams with inconsistent content, or businesses that need a focused monthly plan before creative production.

What we can include

  • Audience and channel review
  • Platform priorities
  • Brand-aligned content pillars
  • Monthly content calendar
  • Review and performance framework

Deliverables and responsibilities are confirmed in your tailored proposal.

01

Choose channels around the audience

Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn serve different contexts. We review your offer, customer behaviour and existing presence to recommend a practical mix. Being present on more channels can increase production needs without increasing relevance. The strategy considers your available material and ability to respond, so recommendations fit the business rather than a generic platform checklist. Paid campaigns can complement the plan but remain a separate scope.

02

Develop stories with a repeatable purpose

Content pillars organise the subjects your brand can discuss credibly: products, process, customer questions or useful expertise, for example. These become a calendar balancing ongoing stories with agreed campaign moments. We define formats and approvals early, including the product information or source material needed from your team. Trend research can inform ideas, but a trend should support the brand rather than replace the strategy.

03

Review what the content contributes

A plan should include how its performance will be interpreted. Reach, engagement and enquiries answer different questions, and not every post is designed for immediate conversion. We review available insights to identify useful themes and inform the next month's plan. Your team approves content before publishing. The scope should distinguish strategy, creative production, scheduling and community work so everyone knows which activities are included.

Your questions

Before we begin.

Do we need to use every social platform?

No. We recommend a mix based on your audience, goals and production capacity. A focused presence can be more practical than maintaining several channels without suitable content.

Will we approve the calendar?

Yes. Monthly plans are provided for review before content is published. The proposal defines the review process and information needed from your team.

Does a strategy include posting and management?

Only when those activities are included in the agreed scope. Strategy, creative production and ongoing channel management can be combined or scoped separately.
