Real estate website development for UAE businesses.
A UAE property website needs clear listing information, a mobile-friendly enquiry journey and a publishing process your team can trust. We scope websites for brokerages and developers targeting Dubai and the wider UAE, without assuming that every emirate follows the same advertising rules.

Built around your business
The right website for the way you sell property.
- UAE brokerages replacing a static listing site
- Dubai developers planning project launches
- Teams serving local and overseas property buyers
- Businesses needing a defined multilingual publishing process
Project scope
From property discovery to a useful enquiry.
Property content that answers questions
Structured listings with approved photography, price context, availability, location, floor plans and a clear next step. Fields and publishing responsibilities are agreed before development.
Search built around buyer priorities
Location, property type, budget and bedroom filters with clear empty states. Map search, saved lists and comparisons are scoped only where they support your audience.
Enquiries with useful context
Pass the property or project reference alongside viewing requests and enquiries. Agree CRM ownership, routing and response handling so a sales team can act on the brief.
English and Arabic scope
Agree translation ownership, right-to-left layout, translated listing fields and language-specific URLs. Bilingual capability must be included and tested, not inferred from a language switch.
Advertising approval fields
Plan where approved permit details and verification material belong. Dubai Trakheesi and Madmoun requirements must be checked with the business and current regulator guidance before publication.
Mobile performance and privacy
Responsive galleries, optimised images and accessible forms. Optional analytics and advertising tools require appropriate privacy choices; integrations and hosting are agreed in the proposal.
Serving UAE buyers and international investors
A visitor researching from abroad may need location context, a clear enquiry time zone and an explanation of the property's status before speaking to an agent. A local renter may care first about availability, annual rent, neighbourhood and viewing logistics. Separate those journeys where the catalogue supports them rather than using the same generic call to action everywhere.
Publish approved facts with clear price and area units. If figures are converted or indicative, label that distinction. Neighbourhood content should help people understand a location through verified information; do not invent travel times, rental yields, return forecasts or access to facilities.
Dubai publishing: permits and verification need an owner
Dubai Land Department provides a Real Estate Ad Permit service through Trakheesi. Its Madmoun service uses QR verification associated with advertising permits. A website plan should reserve approved fields and an internal review step, but design work does not secure an advertising permit or make an unapproved listing publishable.
Your business or appointed specialist should confirm which requirements apply to each ad and property. Requirements in Dubai must not be presented as a universal UAE rule. Before integrating validation services, check eligibility and access; DLD's API Gateway has stated prerequisites, so access cannot be assumed for every client.
Bilingual content and enquiries that reach the right team
A bilingual project needs agreed translation, Arabic layout review and maintenance of both versions when inventory changes. Plan language-specific navigation and metadata, and decide what happens if a listing has incomplete translated content. Copying English into an Arabic template creates a switch, not a reliable bilingual experience.
For lead handling, record the project reference, sale or rental intent and preferred contact method without demanding unnecessary personal details. Discuss which CRM queue receives the enquiry, who responds and how failures are reviewed. Advertising measurement should be separately scoped and respect the website's privacy choices.

Your property website questions.
Is Luke claiming a Dubai office on this page?
No. This page describes the audience and project scope, not an office address or local establishment.
Do all UAE listings follow Dubai's permit process?
No. Confirm requirements for the relevant emirate and activity. The Dubai examples refer to DLD services and are not a substitute for local advice.
Can my website connect to property portals or DLD?
Only where you have authorised access and the integration is supported. Platform permissions, eligibility, documentation and costs must be checked before agreeing the scope.
