Built around your business

The right website for the way you sell property.

Project scope

From property discovery to a useful enquiry.

Property content that answers questions

Structured listings with approved photography, price context, availability, location, floor plans and a clear next step. Fields and publishing responsibilities are agreed before development.

Search built around buyer priorities

Location, property type, budget and bedroom filters with clear empty states. Map search, saved lists and comparisons are scoped only where they support your audience.

Project information and approval fields

Reserve space for approved project registration details and authority links where applicable. State-specific display directions and legal facts need the business's review.

Enquiries with useful context

Pass the property or project reference alongside viewing requests and enquiries. Agree CRM ownership, routing and response handling so a sales team can act on the brief.

Local content and consistent units

Scope city and neighbourhood pages around actual inventory. Label area basis and price context clearly; approve multilingual copy and terminology before it is published.

Mobile performance and privacy

Responsive galleries, optimised images and accessible forms. Optional analytics and advertising tools require appropriate privacy choices; integrations and hosting are agreed in the proposal.

Build my project brief

Different projects need different enquiry journeys

A builder's project website should explain approved unit types, location, plans, amenities and the next step for a site visit or sales discussion. A brokerage with resale and rental stock needs reliable inventory statuses and search. A multi-city portal requires a different operating model, with suppliers, review permissions and a plan for stale information.

Scope should distinguish city-level discovery from individual project detail. Location pages are useful when they offer current inventory and accurate area information; repeating the same sales paragraph for many cities is not a strong content strategy. Do not imply a local office, client history or availability that has not been established.

RERA information belongs in the publishing plan

The national Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act sets registration requirements for covered projects before promoters advertise or market them, subject to its exemptions. Section 11(2) addresses the authority website and project registration number in a promoter's advertisement or prospectus. Confirm the applicable project and state requirements with your business or legal adviser.

State directions can add detail. MahaRERA, for example, has issued instructions concerning QR display and registration details in advertisements. A Maharashtra example should not be treated as a nationwide rule. The CMS can support approved fields and review roles, but it does not verify registration, authorise advertising or replace the state authority.

Useful forms, fast pages and a maintainable catalogue

Many property enquiries begin on a mobile device. A short form should preserve the project reference and contact preference; allow optional budget and timing context rather than blocking research behind a long questionnaire. Brochure and WhatsApp journeys also need a follow-up owner and clear data-use wording.

Agree the source of prices, area measurements and availability. Sales teams should be able to update statuses without changing page layouts. Track completed enquiries separately from button clicks, and evaluate quality using a consistent sales definition. Privacy responsibilities, retention and CRM access should be reviewed against the rules applicable to your operation.

Your property website questions.

Can a website make a project RERA compliant?

No. It can display approved information and support a review workflow. Registration, advertising permissions and accurate disclosures remain the promoter's responsibility, with state-specific guidance where applicable.

Can we include multiple Indian cities?

Yes, where your business serves them and has useful verified inventory or content. We do not recommend duplicate city pages or unsupported local-office claims.

Which platform should an Indian property business use?

A manageable CMS can suit a curated catalogue; custom development may fit larger portals or complex integrations. Choose based on editorial work, inventory and access requirements, not the country alone.
